How do I sign up for the rewards platform?
Follow the link on the Homepage to register with VRS.

Are there any fees to use the rewards platform?
No. The platform is free to use.

Can anyone use the platform?
Not currently. This is a rewards platform only available to selected groups by registration.

I’ve forgotten my password
No problem. Just follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link and you can reset your password.

Can I cancel my registration?
Yes you can. Please email us via the contact page with the request to remove your details.

Discount Codes

How do I redeem my discount code?
Enter your discount code at the checkout section of the VRS store.

How do I get discount codes?
Your personal discount code will be issued once you register with VRS Rewards.

I can’t find my discount code—what should I do?
Don't worry. Message us via the contact page and we will re-issue your discount code.

Do I need to create an account to access discounts?
Yes you do. In order to access VRS Rewards you need to create an account with us.

My discount code is not working?
Don't worry. Contact us via the contact page and we will re-issue your discount code.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one purchase?
Discounts can only be applied once per order.

Can I reuse my discount code?
Your discount is personal to you and can be used by you for all purchases through the site.

Can I share my discount codes with friends or family?
Not currently. Vouchers can only be used by the registered member of VRS.

Is there a limit on how many times I can use my discount?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Does my discount code expire?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for voucher code expiry.

Authorisation Emails

Where is my authorisation email?
Authorisation emails are sent to the registered email address we have for you. Please check your junk mail folders. Account and transaction authorisation is a security protocol to protect you and ensure that all transactions are secure.

Order Delivery & Returns

How can I check the status of my order?
Log into the VRS Rewards site, and click on 'My Orders' to see the current status of your order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We process orders immediately.

How long will delivery take?
Most orders will be dispatched via DHL within 2–3 working days subject to stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking details.

I haven’t received my order — what should I do?

How do I return my order?
Please first read the returns policy on the website. We only accept unopened and undamaged products to be returned. Follow the return product link in your order to instigate a return.
